Registration

General Registration:

The registration fee includes your admission to the conference, access to the Market Network Center exhibits, and the ICE cocktail reception. It also includes your choice of attending the NYMEX-sponsored, Chicago White Sox baseball game, participation in the NECC-sponsored, GasMart golf tournament, or a luxurious spa treatment (activity details).

The fee is $1,195 or $1,145 with the hotel discount (see below).

Participate by Sponsoring GasMart and receive complimentary registrations for multiple attendees from your company.

Trade Press wishing to cover the GasMart Conference may apply to receive a complimentary press pass.

Hotel Discount

A $50 discount off the registration fee is available to those attendees staying at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers during GasMart. To claim this discount, you must either include your hotel reservation number when you register for the conference (one discount per room booked) or e-mail the hotel registration number to us at gasmart@gasmart.com before May 16, 2008.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Before April 1, 2008, all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Between April 1 and April 28, reimbursement will be 50% of the registration fee. After April 28, 2008, cancellations will forfeit all payments. No refunds will be granted to no-shows. Substitutions are allowed before May 14, 2008. Cancellation and substitution requests should be emailed to gasmart@gasmart.com
